After four days of downpours, businesses have been forced to close on Wednesday after the river rose and broke the banks in places.
Datchet Golf Club had to close on Wednesday after two of the nine holes flooded.
The club in Buccleuch Road is not expected to re-open until the weekend.
A club member, who did not want to be named, said: "If you were a swan it would be pretty good, but for a golfer it's not very good."
Kris Cruisers in Southlea Road, Datchet, also closed for business on Wednesday after the boathouse flooded.
On Tuesday, the Environment Agency issued Flood Warnings for properties in Datchet, including Slough Road, Eton Road, Horton Road, Frogmore, Datchet Golf Course and Datchet Common.
The river level at Old Windsor Lock, which is usually between 0.1-0.35m, was 1.13m on Wednesday.
Rob Davenport, manager of the Bells Of Ouzeley pub, in Straight Road, Old Windsor, which backs on to the river said: "The river is very high, but it's not yet run over here.
"If it rises any more it could come over. It would be a big problem for business if the cellar flooded."
